SCAA Event Cancellation Policy

1. Notification: Unless otherwise specified, all cancellations must be made in writing.
2. Refund Policy:
   • 3 Days or More Before the Event: If you cancel 3 days or more before the event, you are eligible for a full refund.
   • Less Than 3 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.
   • No-Show: If you do not attend the event without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Substitutions: In most circumstances, with certain exceptions, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Please notify SCAA of the substitution (in writing) at least 48 hours before the event.

1. Notification: In the event of a postponement, SCAA will notify all registered participants via email as soon as possible.
2. Options for Registered Participants:
   • Automatic Transfer: Your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date of the postponed event.
   • Refund Option: If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement notification.
   • Credit Option: You may choose to receive a credit for the amount paid, which can be applied to any future SCAA event within one year of the original event date.

  • Refund Option: Alternatively, participants may request a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation notification.

No Further Liability: SCAA will not be liable for any expenses incurred by participants due to the cancellation, such as travel or accommodation costs.
