Annual Dues

Annual dues for Apartment Community Members are calculated based on the total number of units in the community:

  • 1-100 Units: $195 + $1.34 per unit
  • 101-200 Units: $394 + $0.93 per unit
  • 201-300 Units: $609 + $0.87 per unit
  • 301 Units & Above: $950 + $0.70 per unit

Membership Dues Information

All SCAA memberships operate on a calendar year (January 1 - December 31). Most memberships expire on December 31, and are automatically renewed. Dues for new memberships are prorated in the second consecutive year. Membership benefits are non-refundable and are company-based.

Please Note: If a community joins on or after October 1, the initial invoice will include a prorated amount for the current year and full dues for the following year.

Membership Dues Calculation

All SCAA memberships operate on a calendar year (January 1 - December 31). Most memberships expire on December 31, and dues are prorated during the second consecutive year of membership. All memberships are set to automatically renew, and membership benefits are non-refundable and company-based.

Important Note: If a supplier joins on or after October 1, the dues invoice will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the current year, along with full dues for the following year.
