APAC Donation to help strengthen the Industry
Donations
The Apartment Political Action Committee (APAC) helps elect and reelect local and state candidates who support the apartment industry through contributions from FAA members. The relationships that are built with candidates provide FAA members with a seat at the table when public policy decisions are made such as:
- Miya’s Law
- Securing $53.25 million for the State Apartment Incentive Loan program (SAIL)
- Defeating capped rent increases, eviction expungement, and much more.
